that’s because it’s not meant to play back your music as if it was a real instrument because if it did then what would be the point of you making the song. it is used to make, and print the music sheet of your choice so you can play it afterward, and NOT actually play it in a exact replica of the instrument, because what would be the point of that.

right inder wheere it said n.1 track 1 and then the instrument, on the left corner you can see an arrow that pints to the left and right. click the one the points to the right to make a new measure

is there any way to make the guitar sound…less weird, the bass sounds fine, but the other guitar sounds funny, kinda high pitched

you have several drums but for hip-hop you need something like a virtual DJ. this is more for rock or jazz music
